Best Post Office and little shop in town. Very clean, organised, well stocked and priced well ,open till late. Most importantantly, super friendly place to come.
I used postal service; arriving last minute with quite few things to sort out, including printing etc. Sai didnt turn me down, rushed me or made me feel unwelcomed but very much the opposite. He didn't close until we got everything together, meanwhile he was very friendly ,easy to talk to , open and honest . He is certainly hard working, dedicated and a wonderful human being with a genuine smile. Thank you so very much Sai, your sincerity restored my faith in people again .Bless you and your family .

Beware, deliberately overcharged for services. I had wanted to send a letter, and a large letter 2nd class and was massively overcharged (likely for a faster service even after explicilty saying 2nd class).
Service with a smile, sure...whilst you're being ripped off.

Well now what an absolutely fantastic, friendly, and professional service I have just recieved from the new owner of Heslington Post Office, Sai, and also my heartfelt thanks to the lovely Julia (whom I am absolutely thrilled to bits has stayed on). I must admit I was rather concerned that we would be losing this fantastic service of a post office/shop when it was sold last Christmas but thankfully it has been bought and taken over by your goodself Sai and I would like to take this opportunity, hand on heart, to wish you every success and good fortune for the future. This post office has been a huge life line to me over the years, and no doubt many other people too, with it's easy to get to location, ample parking right outside - offering a fabulous service to not only the village of Heslington but to the university and all other surrounding areas too. With any new business venture it does take time to adjust and to settle in but it looks like you are doing exactly that in getting the place to be run how you want it to operate, you've made great improvements and a great impact already 😀 and like I said earlier in this review I, and I have no doubt what-so-ever that many other customers just like myself, wish you every success for your future with us here in Heslington. So a hearty Yorkshire Warm Welcome to you and yours Sai, together with a huge Thank You for taking on and keeping our beloved and much needed Post Office alive and kicking and open for us all (and Sunday openings too - amazing).
